A Wish Fulfilled

Poor Whatshername just wanted to become a better swimmer and of course had to stumble upon the only Genie in the universe who hates humans by default. Said Genie, being her bitchy self, transformed her into a mermaid, wished her "good luck getting into the water before the first tourists show up", and disappeared into thin air (and a hint of smoke).

This took a lot more time than I expected and I'm not quite pleased with the background. =/ But I like the mermaids color scheme, it's based on a koi carp (as requested).
